    I'm trying to think what confidential info a sports anchor would have that management would be ticked enough to see reported. It has to be proprietary info right? Not just gossip about someone getting shown the door.

    This is huge news in my circles. I worked with Adnan for awhile at The Score. We weren't tight, but friendly, and all of us recognized his talent. You could see he had a shot at a great future.

    Some of my friends/co-workers are very close with him...they were crushed by this.

    I know MLB does a little bit of this, but what would work for a baseball show would be for it to start around 9:30 Eastern - give updates and live cut-ins to critical moments in the late innings and in between, fill in with news and notes until games are final then roll the highlights. And do a second show for the west coast starting at 9:30 Pacific.
