    No. Actually, they are. All the talent on this year's team is freshman and sophomores. Juniors and seniors in '09. Charlie could survive a 8-4, 7-5 season next year. But if they're not BCS-bowl-bound the year after, he's cooked.

  10. ESPN radio reported (likely stole) the other day that he has a fat clause that will cost the university more than $20 million if he's fired. If that's cooked, flame-broil me.
