    Got to be something like that. Figgins was one of the first acclaimed utility guys. Played a bunch of positions well, bringing speed and a .349 career OBP.

    Not so sure that's true as the reporter who first hinted/tweeted the retirement was due to Drake losing 100% access is a Pittsburgh media member (Dejan Kovacevic). Supposedly he was close to Adam Laroche when Laroche played with the Pirates. Sure as hell it wasn't Kenny Williams who gave him the scoop.
