    Ugh. The hometown paper -- once a 25K, or so I've heard -- dropped under 14 on Sundays for the first time, to go with 12K on Mon-Sat. And there are hardly any stores left in the local mall to buy ads ...

    We've seen our first losses in circulation in two years I've been here. We had been climbing at about 3-5 percent every six months until now.
