drippy had this under a very obscure and stupid thread title (which has gone without a reply).

This was a much better and more informed thread.

So was it Happy Birthday "Charlie" or One Hit Wonder?

Admit it, you love me Hank.
All you had to say was that there was another thread but you went to another level. Why? On second thought, forget it. Your answer will not erase your post. Have a good one Hank.

I'm not a doctor but I'm amazed that he's played so long without the surgery.

No kidding, that seems like the kind of thing that would need to be taken care of rather quickly.

I always liked Aaron Boone, hope he recovers quickly and fully.

Lucked my way into sixth row seats at Turner Field back in 2007. Boone, then with the Marlins, hit a deep HR. Buddies and I started with the Aaron Bleepin' Boone routine as he crossed home...Aaron heard us and I swear cracked a big smile.

    God bless, Aaron.

So much wrong with that picture. Starting with the AIG "We Know Money" sign.
Ah well, at least the Sox didn't piss away a 3-0 ALCS lead.
