I'd be interested in hearing more on this. It is strange for a Muslim to lie about converting to Christianity, since that would be considered blasphemy.

There's not much there in the story about his religious conversion, though it would be interesting to hear it.

It isn't like this guy was a moderate Muslim prior to his conversion. There is no reason to think he would be a moderately tolerable Christian.

 

I'm assuming this is a play on a Lisa Simpson quote before Bart takes a test ... and not a plea for abuse.
