    My response was polite and I haven't gotten an e-mail or phone call today.
    I think Dog was right on the money, people just don't know and every place I have worked the photogs manipulated the images. Not to the point of cutting and pasting heads, but images have been cleaned up (no red eye!) or people have been taken out.
