    Oh, you're right. All of this is for oil, and Bush knows that $4 a gallon gasoline is good for the next Republican candidate...even if his family owns beneficial stock in the black stuff.

    He is wiretapping just to find out who hates him. Just a perfected form of the Watergate strategy.

    Dead-brained: If you're conspiracy-theory enough to believe he sacrificed 3,000 men for $18 million...well, you don't know Cheney's bankroll. Something like that would have been worth $100 million. In other words, he doesn't need that amount of money and most definitely not for that. Of course, when and if (with the liberals trying to kiss Mullah asses you never know when) Iraq behaves like a civilized country, Haliburton could help them enormously with their infrastructure...many, many projects that have yet to get underway. That is mutually good for both a free Iraq and commerce, including Haliburton.
