A refreshing change from profile pieces on millionaire professional athletes

    I stumbled upon an article, from 1994, on Christophe Leninger who was one of the top US judokas. It's a really nice piece of writing and it makes a refreshing change from profile pieces on millionaire professional athletes.

    I'm not one of these folks who begrudge athletes from the main sports their millions but there's something about someone doing something for love of the game. I know, it’s a stupid romantic notion but still.
