The NY Daily News had a story about him in Sunday's paper, but I can't find it on its website.

I think Bucky has posted about this guy and his goal to chronicle every single baseball game--from amateur to the majors--that's lasted 20 innings, five hours or ended after 1 a.m.

 

Phil Lowry is more obsessive than I could ever hope to be. And I mean that as a great compliment.

But Green Cathedrals is an amazing, amazing book. The definitive resource on every baseball stadium ever used for a major or Negro league game, pre-1990.

 

Genius of a thread title. Genius.

 

If there were a Bathroom Reader series book about Stevie Nicks, I might sit on the toilet for 20 years.
