OK, so a job comes open about a week and a half ago. I really want it, so I send in my stuff last Monday. The ME e-mails back and says thanks, I'll contact you by the end of the week to talk more. I still haven't heard back. I'd like to shoot him another e-mail to see what the deal is, but don't want to look like I'm either stalking him or being overly aggressive/annoying. What's the appropriate amount of time to wait before sending another e-mail?

You'll know he needs you when you see this:

In all seriousness, you could send him an e-mail asking if there's anything else you can pass along in terms of references, etc. And be sure to thank him for his time.

I wish I had a bat-signla for everyday life. It'd save a lot of fussing at me by the wife when I dilly-dally :)

My apple and my computer screen are now together in perfect bliss.
