Should Ryan Grant be considered a 2007 rookie keeper?

    I run a fantasy football keeper league with nine of my friends, and we've got a dilemma.

    Ryan Grant was undrafted out of college but signed to a practice squad in 2005.
    He never played an actual NFL game until last season.

    Should he be considered a rookie keeper?

    So far, with my friends, the vote is 5-1 (with the lone 'Yes' by the guy who owns him...)

    If a player isn't considered a rookie by the NFL, he shouldn't be considered a rookie for fantasy purposes.

    If he was not considered a rookie by league standards last season, I wouldn't call him a rookie for FF reasons.

    I read it wrong. I thought you were just asking if he's a keeper.
