I doubt I'm the only one who has started writing a post - looked at it and said screw it for various reasons. Figured there might as well be a "reject bin" on SportsJournalists.com.

    Here's one I decided against:

To be fair to FOX News, their anchors only read what's on the teleprompter. Terrorist Fist Jab, or other pointed questions don't come from the minds of the anchors, but on whomever is typing into prompter - so people should give them a break.

Good Lord. If this place somehow saved posts I backed out of, I'd probably have about 500 more than I actually have.

I don't remember a single one of them either.

I just happened to catch Ann Coulter rambling on for 10 seconds while making an appearance on Larry King. It's clear she hates the stimulus and is convinced by some poll data that the American public hates the bill because of its evil, socialist core and because it rewards the residents of Lazyville. That's not the point.
She just talks and talks and talks, without really presenting any evidence to back up her points. She just flops them out on a table with smug certainty, and there they are.
Why even let her, or anyone else without some kind of proof, on the show? On any show? It's so ridiculous to me that people can sit on national TV, even cable, and say shit on any kind of news program without evidence. Without sources. No, this is not a new problem, but she makes me want to slay a giraffe in effigy.

Don't vote for Obama in November! He's TOO healthy!

  9. I've backed out of a bunch of posts that might get me a vacation. Sometimes I just need to type them out, then I go to a new page and move on.

I've done that, too. Maybe the posts wouldn't have gotten me thrown out, but they certainly weren't flattering.
