A night with no defense

Nice Beavers. Too bad they just got stuffed.

 

Meadville, childhood home of Sharon Stone. DuBois Area HS, alma mater of QB Dave Yount (1968-70), who played at the University Buffalo in 1971 before they dropped the (since-reinstated) program.

 

I wanna see the box score on this.

 

Journey Brown couldnt stop believing how bad the opposing defense was. "They were going seperate ways from me because my offensive line was faithfully blocking. I felt I could just go on and on on."

 

That was a good story, and even more amazing, the 754 yards only included his touchdown runs. It didn't even count his other carries. The guy must have had over 800 in that game.

 

Someone may want to remind young Journey that his defense gave up 90. Not exactly the 86 Bears.

 

I really thought that the guy from Texas back in the 50s still had the national record.

Ken Hall, was nicknamed the Sugarland Express. Had a decent NFL career as I recall.

 

See? Life was so much better when everyone walked to school uphill. Both ways!

 

The stats wheel in the sky kept on turning every time Journey touched the ball.

And I'd be billing extra for typing that box score...

 

I believe Hall has the HS career record. The NJ kid has the season record.
