    Fantastic news, Simon. And congrats to SF and those who do the hiring, for bringing aboard a bright young mind.

    Beyond being thrilled for both, when I read this I thought about those who post racist or sexist or homophobic or just plain ugly and mean rants here, and how they might wonder why they can't get ahead in this business or why nobody offers them jobs. And then I wondered if they'll be able to see how what goes around for a young, inexperienced "kid" like Simon compares to what goes around for them.
