A great week

    I drove my honda 'til the wheels fell off, literally. It got crashed into by a drunk driver and snapped the back axle. The back wheels literally fell off and my civic was no more.
    Great, great car.

    i'm in the market for a new rig. i'm thinking something all-wheel drive, although this thread has me thinking hard about hondas again.

    Congratulations on things working out the way they did.

    I'm lucky that my car hasn't given out yet. I have a 1997 Ford Escort that has only about 72,000 miles on it. It had 54,000-plus when I took it over in 2006. It had wear and tear on the brakes. Otherwise, all I've really had to do with it was get its oil changed.

    I wish Ford's and other cars had the reputation Honda does for lasting so long. If so, the economy might doing a little better.
