    Then this p.o.s should be sued by the victim's family for all the money made on the book.

    I don't think that is true. According to Wikipedia, that lawsuit was about Wiseguy and the was found to be too broad. I think the laws are written so that convicts automatically forfeit income as victim restitution, but are allowed to publish, therefore no prohibition on speech.
