Oh, go on and say it. That message keeps getting lost. Maybe if you spell it out again, it will start sinking in.

I really thought Ward would get slammed more on this thread. I'm impressed that so many people appreciate the way he plays the game.

NFL says it won't fine Ward for the hit ...

I saw that, too, Inky. It would have been a disgrace if they had. It was definitely a clean hit. Nasty one, too.

Does the story that is linked have any quotes from Steelers head coach Russ Grimm?

    You can't put a bounty on a man's head!!! [/Slaphot]

Oh, I have a feeling the Steelers just pissed that #1 choice away on Mendenhall. I just do not have a good feeling watching him run the ball in the NFL.

Yeah. He's had 21 touches, one for every year of his life. And he's on IR now. Plenty of time to determine he's a bum.

He look pensive in the preseason, like he was not running with authority.

Now that Lewis broke his fucking shoulder, I don't see those feet getting any heavier, but probably a lot lighter.

Pensive? Were you watching him run or debate philosophy?

He was running like a pussy.

    Better?
