You're a tv hottie; there's no chance you're unattractive enough to play on the LPGA tour. ;D

God forbid someone could have called 911 from a cell phone...

Ryerson tells me you can call 911 from the Star phones and that several people did.

He also says he's glad "we" (not sure who else was part of this) have an open mind.

The question isn't, can they call?

    It's can they call direct?

According to various sources, they could call 911 if they accessed an outside line, perhaps by dialing 9.

No funnel to the security desk?

    From Ruth's blog:

"Also, some people were told, that night, that all 911 stuff had to be routed thru security. Security was called, but that was another set of problems (lack of English skills on behalf of the person working)."

Dennis Ryerson's memo to staff about the whole thing:

Interesting how he tries to pass her off as just some random blogger. Umm, dude, she worked there for a long time.

And Holladay responds, which DP was quoting from:

Well, yeah, based on that, there was NO company phone direct line to 9-1-1

That's the problem, in case you were wondering.

I'm just trying to find out the truth here myself. I don't know who to believe.
