Nine-year-old kid rides light rail to the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport, bluffs his way past TSA and Delta gate agents and boards a flight to Vegas.

This doesn't come down on security, it should come down on the neglectful parents.

Why wasn't he shot? Or at least, severely tased?

Did he bluff his way into a craps game, win $10,000 and celebrate with hookers and coke, too?

The boy was able to do this because he got lucky in so many ways.

But we all know where the narrative will go -- and it won't be about his parents' role in this.

The narrative is it's fairly depressing.

Went to school with a kid who stole a car when he was like 10. He had a lot of problems too. I then ended up in driver's training with him, felt intimidated by his skills.

Sounds like his parents have no role in anything he does.
