    Well, Harris just bought the Devils over this past summer. He's only owned the Sixers for about two years.

    It's actually the Sixers deal I missed. Why did Comcast sell them?

    Probably because Ed Snider never cared about them, and now, Comcast can get money back from the Sixers without paying a dime, as they're now paying tenants in the Comcast-owned arena.
