Exhibit A on how people are mind-numbingly stupid.

It's one thing to piss money away on a lottery, quite another to pick an obviously popular number on a date that will --- even if you win --- net you only a tiny fraction of the pool because hundreds of other dumbfucks picked the same number.

Mother Pencil Dick celebrated her 70th birthday on 07-7-07.

She was born at 7:34 a.m. ... too bad she arrived 27 minutes late.

Why? Wasn't the lottery in New York on Sept 11, 2001, 9-1-1
And last year, in Ohio, it was 4-2-3-9 on the day Ohio State beat Michigan by that score?

    That Ohio thing was nuts.

Not in PA. It's not a pool, but straight winnings for the 3 and 4 number games.

I know a lot of brides picked today to get hitched.

How many special trips were planned to Vegas for this weekend do you figure?

Anthony S. Clancy of Dublin was born on the seventh day of the seventh month of the seventh year of the century, which also happened to be the seventh day of the week. "I was the seventh child of a seventh child," he wrote, "and I have seven brothers; that makes seven sevens."

On his twenty-seventh birthday, according to Clancy, he went to the track. The seventh numbered horse in the seventh race was named Seventh Heaven, and was handicapped seven stone. The odds against Seventh Heaven were seven-to-one, but Clancy bet seven shillings anyway.

    The horse finished seventh.
