It is possible that it's a regional thing now, but I think I still see these candy bars in stores around here.

Yeah, I'm sure a lot of things that used to be nationwide are now sold in limited markets.

Taco Doritos. The real stuff, not the imitation bullshit they came out with a few years back.

I loved Purplesaurus Rex growing up. I think I've discovered something very similar to it. I buy grape and lemonade kool-aid and put one part grape, one part lemonade and it tastes like Purplesaurus Rex.

Along the lines of the McRib, anyone know why Count Chocula and Frankenberries are available year-round and BooBerries are only available at Halloween?

That formula was still around even a year ago. It was under the Tropicana Twister label. Same green color, same sweet nasty goodness.

I do the same thing occasionally when I have a craving.

Many of mine have been covered here, which is cool to see.

First & foremost is the Chili Cheese Burrito (or Chilito as it was called near me) from Taco Bell.

    Others:

    - Berry Blue Kool Aid
    - Purplesaurus Rex Kool Aid
    - Sharkleberry Fin Kool Aid
    - Ecto Cooler Hi C
    - Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper

I still can buy Count Chocula year round. I do miss my Sugar Smacks.

They'd discontinued them last I heard. And I used to get them all the time. They were like crack for me.

Speaking of Taco Bell...there was a chain called Zantigo's that was pretty big at least in the St. Louis area in the 1970s and had national ads. Back then, you had to really look to find a Taco Bell. Zantigo's had burritos that put Taco Bell's to shame.
