Same here. Now there will be an incredible backlog of worthless late season prep games dumped into the middle of the busy tournament slate.

One of the funniest things I've ever heard in a newsroom.
Football Friday night and one the of the designers is cranking out a late page, then he says this, loudly:
"I need to fill my hole. Anyone got six to eight inches to fill my hole."
    Everyone stopped, everyone laughed.
Another night a reporter has to call in some dictation due to some dastardly technical problems.
Editor says hang on, then says, "can anyone take [Name redacted]'s dic?"
    Stunned silence
Editor, "Okay, I'll take his dic."
Laughter and lots of it. Editor then realized what he had said.

High of 50 here. Chance of rain.

That's the way it is here. We lost all of our meaningless regular-season boys basketball games. Some will be made up tomorrow, including one of the local schools playing a 5 p.m. non-division boys game because the school has a district girls tournament game at 7 at another school.

The main local school played a girls basketball game last night with the storm bearing down. Had they postponed, they would have played on Wednesday, one night before opening regional tournament play. Coach's reasoning: "It's senior night, and the dance team has a big routine planned for halftime."

Snowing like a muh-fuh here. Fortunately, the snow will not delay the historical inevitability of the proletariat's awakening to its true role in the system of production. The capitalist expropriation of surplus value, meaning the added value a worker contributes to a product by the addition of his labor, um...oh shit. Wrong thread. Sorry.
