50 years ago, Big Sugar paid researchers to blame fat

    So Big Sugar took Big Tobacco's playbook and did just as well.

    I've recently tried being better about what I eat for breakfast. Specifically, not getting anything with much if any sugar added. It's amazing how much better I feel and how much more easily I can control my cravings for the rest of the day.
