So, has anyone here actually read this trilogy? Or part of it?

I somehow managed to just learn of this erotic phenomenon, otherwise known as "mommy porn." I'm afraid if I start reading it, I will forget to watch my child.

This came to my attention last week when a friend admitted to calling in sick to work so she could stay home and revel in it.

    For those who are unfamiliar:

    So, anyone? Anyone?

And, Versatile, this is your cue...

Also, why is this particular series all the rage?

    Because Freq can't be everywhere.

Instead of reading it, just head over to Freqposter's Barnes&Noble and hangout for about 10 minutes...then you can LIVE it.

  5. My wife read it.
I recommended it to her months ago. She started, got about 50 pages in, and quit. She picked it back up a few weeks later and was hooked. She read the trilogy in about a week and half.

I, uh um, got a lot of the books as well..from her.

    I HIGHLY recommend them!

    How, um, kinky is it?

    Scale from 1-10.

1 being tender stroking, 10 being a gorilla mask

A gorilla mask is a 10 to you?

You need to get out more often.

    Needed more character development.

I've yet to actually catching a lovely woman actually reading it at B&N. Yet.

While many of my female friends have read it and enjoyed it, at least one considers the bondage-heavy storyline to be demeaning and unerotic.

This is a Twilight fan novel. She basically wrote what she thought happened "between the lines" with Bella, Jacob and the Cullen kid whose name escapes me.

Can't believe it was published. Began as a blog.

I have not read but last week I was at lunch with a client and overheard some lady at the next table talking about the book with her friends and she loudly proclaimed that she needed to keep her vibrator in her hand as she read. The other ladies loudly cackled as they sipped their chardonnays.
