I'm feeling OK right now. And if they fuck up, which odds suggest they will, there's always the Bears.

Given how far back they were in the spring, it's a minor miracle they even came back this much.

They're in first place by 2 1/2 gamnes.

    STFU and enjoy it, fanboyloosers

They are clearly the best team in the Central, although I'll be pulling for the moran Cardinals to summon back to back miracles (are Cardinal fanboy loosers allowed to post on this thread?). Well anyway....

So, when the Cubs do win the division, my question is do they do something to erase the demons of the past prior to the playoffs starting. I mean, do they bring Bartman back and have him parade a goat and a black cat around Wrigley Field or do you keep all of those far, far away.

Seems to me the Cubs need to meet their demons face to face to erase them. Else, they risk continuing to watch them build and blow up in the most horrific, yet entertaining fashion.

Playoffs this year, but can you hold off on a World Series title until next year. 2008 has such a nice ring to it.

They're going to bring Alex Fucking Gonzalez back and tar and feather him before the first pitch.

Nothing to see here. Please disperse.

(Now if the Cubs can't beat "Magic" Wandy Rodriguez today ...)

I'm just hoping a slightly amped up Astros team will want to play spoiler for Cecil Cooper and sweep the Cubs.

The Cub fan at the end of this short video is pissed.

Someone tell Derek Lee that he doesn't actually have to run through a brick wall for Piniella...
