People who don't give a shit about Don Imus.

Feel free to post your favorite recipes.

I like to rinse and drain Ranch Style Beans, then cook them in enchildada sauce. Yummy.

I was sick of hearing about Don Imus back around 1997 or so.

Last night was cooking for the week/weekend night.
I made baked ziti and mac n cheese. Recipes to follow later.

    Crazy, BBAM.

I made ziti last night, as well. With hot sausage. And I have a huge tub of leftovers.

This thread appears destined for Anything Goes.

Or, we could make it about news by talking about non-Imus-related media issues.

What puzzles me is why spaghetti is the most popular pasta. It's fine, but it's far from being my favorite pasta. It's awfully messy to eat if you're unlucky enough to have watery marinara.

I almost never make regular spaghetti, but I think its popularity stems from its middle of the road versatility.

It's not a wide noodle, it's not a thin noodle, its a nice, medium noodle.

    Most underrated pasta is penne.

I could kill a big bowl of penne with garlic scallops right about now.

When making pasta I pour a large amount of hot sauce into the water so it boils together, then put in the pasta. The meaty marinara sauce and hot pasta is a nice combo.

This is really more of a random thoughts thread. You should rename it. Title is misleading.

I actually opted for penne in this baked ziti ... which I guess makes it baked penne.

The Future prefers hamburger seasoned with Italian seasoning.
