I've got it, I've got it. I just had my a-ha moment.

Gretchen Mol is who I want for that part.

Film actress... she's done some great movies like Rounders and The Shape of Things... 35 years old... and not doing much of anything at the moment.

This is the kind of coolness I wanted to contrast with Ari. Coolness plus innocence plus sexy. Yeah. I should be a Hollywood casting director.

Not flattering? Why not? You've got some high standards. Ok, how about this? Remember... she's 35, okay?

Not flattering as in badly lit. She's smoking hot.

    This is more like it...

I'm happy with Gugino, but Gretchen Mol is smoking hot... She was great in that Bettie Page movie...

  5. Another surefire A lister that has made a cameo, Scarlett Johanssen.

I think Mandy Moore and Ed Burns are probably A listers... or at least B+

Don't forget about Jamie Pressley, Bruno Kirby, James Woods, Brooke Shields, Sarah Silverman...

The gang stayed at "Jessica Alba's house," but I guess she never appeared.

Jessica Alba appeared in a couple of scenes. One on the street and one at the party at her house in that episode. She thought Ari was hitting on her, when in fact he was trying to steal her away from her agent. Seemed more offended when she figured it out.

I never thought I'd see the day where Artie Lange was listed above Beverly D'Angelo, Malcom McDowell and Gary Busey.

    Yes.

Man I really, really hopes this doesn't open up a can of worms.

    She's a very cool, down-to-earth lady.

Sheeit, she took me to see "Time Bandits" when I was little.
