  7. Me too. As long as the jury deliberated I thought he was getting off.
    He can serve a year in jail max. So prolly no jail time. And his lawyers plan to appeal. Can't say I blame them.

    Give him the full year. Maybe he'll gain more respect for his workers if he spends it making license plates.

    He'll never have "his" workers again, if only because the mining industry is deader than Kelsey's nuts.
