    I remember a very good Washington Post magazine story about the rise and fall of Whitaker. There's an alarming number of stories about multi-million $$ lottery winners who ended up worse off than before they had won.
     
  4. Keep in mind Whitaker was rich BEFORE he won the Powerball.
    He wasn't buy-Cuba rich, but he was well-off thanks to his construction company.

    From this guy to other lottery winners to MC Hammer to Elton John, I cannot fathom what it takes to have that much money and lose it.

    $113 million is about ... 113 times more money than I'd know what to do with, let alone lose.
