$270,000? Put it on my Visa! (And I get points and taxpayer reimbursement!)

L.A. Coliseum finance director puts the cost of sound system repairs on his personal credit card, pays in installments and signs checks from taxpayers to repay himself. The points would be enough for two weeks at the Ritz.

Reminds me of the days when I'd find a $79 rate at the Marriott, then go searching for the $109 rate instead.
