    This is awful. I wonder what their fire/safety codes are like compared to what they are here.

    More often than not what little fire codes there are are ignored.

    My guess is there weren't enough exits or emergency signage and that some - if not all - of the exits were locked or blocked.

    Got a text from CNN saying it was 1,000 people over its maximum capacity.
     
  4. The people really don't die. It's a conspiracy to undermine liberty in Brazil by forcing businesses to comply with stricter codes.

    I wonder if the logistics and the exits were similar to the Beverly Hills Fire from 1977 just outside Cincinnati...
