24 question

Been interesting in the last two days that the first episode is on one channel, and the first episode of season 5 is on another. Keifer has aged like a mother from season 1 to 5. I'll never belive that acting is worse than digging ditches -- which I have done -- but the long hours have taken a toll on the poor boy.

 

That doesn't seem to make much sense ... wouldn't they have already known whether they had enough material when they wrote the original script? And didn't they reveal her to be a villain in the final episode of the season?

Another thing I noticed is that the terrorist who blows up the plane over the Mojave Desert, Mandy, is the same one who put the poison on her hand and shook hands with President Palmer at the end of Season 2. She's also in Season 4. When I saw her in Season 4, I recognized her from Season 2, but didn't remember her in Season 1. Not sure what her connection is to all three plots, but it will be interesting to see if A) she returns this season and 2) if they give her more than an episode or three and explain why she keeps popping up.

 

Kim wasn't in season 4... What about Curtis? Was he in every season? I honestly can't remember...

 

Curtis showed up during the season Aisha Tyler was on as a mole who Curtis dated. I think...all the seasons are running into each other.

 

Curtis was only in Seasons 4-5.

And, upon some further research, it appears Aaron Pierce and Jack Bauer are the only characters to appear in and survive all five seasons. Mike Novick was absent from Season 4. President Palmer appeared in all five but was killed last season.
