That guy is a riot. Cleaned up when the Astros won in 2017. And can there possibly be anyone alive in Houston who doesn't know about his business by now?

I wonder if Unpainted Arizona put down some money on the D-Backs when they won?

Just saw a deal where he's going to risk 10 million cash on the Astros.
    Dropped 3.5 yesterday in Mississippi.

Pretty sure it’s a sponsored situation now, meaning it’s mandated.

    Sponsored by Budweiser, I think.
It put the Yankees in a bit of a bind a few years ago, when Sabathia announced on or near the last day of the season that he was going into rehab. I sort of hoped MLB would cut them some slack if they requested. I don't know if they requested.

Soto is still 20 years old. I think they gave him an empty bottle to hold while being interviewed

I have less than zero desire to see Tampa win tonight.
Just the thought of that shit house franchise hosting a playoff game in front of 4200 people is infuriating.

At least 58,000 are going to show up and Rock the House in Oaktown tonight! (not jumping ship to the local playoff team, just happy for the town I work in and the team whom my partner does work for)

I was in Florida when Tampa was the bait to get every team new stadiums
I covered the Twins and White Sox’s attempt
Carl Pohlad’s phone number was listed
I called him, identified myself and started to ask him a question
He said: “Who the hell are you?”
Building Tropicana Field on spec doomed this team
It was obsolete by the time they had a team and it’s an hour from anywhere
Inside, it’s like playing a baseball game in the Pontiac Silverdome
I like a lot about the Rays but they’ll never make it without a new ballpark
Best site is Legends Field in Tampa, across the street from Raymond James Stadium
Yankees aren’t giving that land up

    A's sell 50k tickets - largest crowd ever for a wild-card game.

For money the Yanks would move the franchise to Bulgaria. But the Rays don't have the money to buy that land.
