First step in the Browns screwing things up is firing Williams or not letting him be the head coach next year.

Not the Onion - team who have not kept a decent head and only hired one in 30 years thinks they will finally get it right this time.

Odd as it sounds, the Browns might be the best job in the division. Bengals are floundering, Steelers are in decline and undisciplined and the Ravens are a good defensive team but Jackson is going to need to be a better passer if he’s got a future.

Matt Millen is fired up and ready to go after his heart transplant.

Gregg Williams of bountygate and 17-31 Buffalo Bills fame doesn't seem like someone you work to desperately hold on to as head coach. Its the Browns, so there is always the chance they'll hire Hue 2.0, but holding on to the guy who went 5-3 in a dead cat bounce kind of way to end the year also seems pretty Browns-ian to me.

Or almost 6-2 after beating the Ravens on their home field.

I think, given the history Dorsey and Mike McCarthy have, that McCarthy can have the job if he wants it.
