May there be an endless supply of turnbuckle pads for him to feast on.

The only dreams I have about the American Males are nightmares about their entrance music.

Frankly, we don't need to bring back water boarding. Just play their crayon entrance music over and over again.

Overused: Batista. After his first push to the title, I couldn't care about him.

    Underused: Dolph Ziggler.

I was just starting to watch wrestling right near the end of his career, when he had that final baby face run. He was so convincing in his character, especially when he tried to woo Miss Elizabeth. It's a different era then, but guys who could really be convincing in their character were really fun to watch.

Other cool thing was that, until his last WWF run, he was a gym teacher for many years. He would teach during the school, year, and wrestle during the summers, and on breaks and the occasional weekend show. Supposedly, many of his students would try to talk to him about his wrestling, and Steele would always refuse, at least until the end of his career, then he would drop a few little comments.

I read an interview with him a few years back in which he described how he came to do the turnbuckle stuff. One day, while shooting an angle in Pittsburgh studio TV wrestling, Steele was going nuts on a babyface, and some fan threw a pillow in the ring. Steele grabbed the pillow, ripped it with his teeth and started throwing the feathers all over the place and dumped some on the babyface. The booker loved it, and told him to come up,with another way to do it again. They came up with the turnbuckles. So, some anonymous fan has a spot in wrestling history in contributing to one of the more enduring wrestling visuals.

RIP, Mr. Animal. You are reunited with Miss Elizabeth now.

Don't forget Randy Savage is up there also. It could get real interesting at the Pearly Gates today.

Capt. Lou Albano also managed Steele for a while. He'll try to keep George calm.
