Cubs put their 0-6 all-time record in LCS potential clinchers

So the Dodgers win when they post shutouts. The Cubs win when they score lots of runs. Got it.

And just because, the Cubbies will score 8 on Kershaw tomorrow.

I think it's over Saturday now. Russell now hitting everything in sight. Baez playing out of his mind. If they can get anything at all out of Heyward, that's free money with the way everyone else is hitting.
    4-1 Cubs.

... and MLB shoots it down.

'Wild Thing' won't toss 1st pitch in World Series

Killjoys. Still, some sort of ML reunion, with Sheen, Berringer and Haysbert would be a fun thing if the Tribe can do something with it. Maybe we need to offer Jobu some rum.

I am sure that what MLB is really looking for is to pair the voodoo-loving Caribbean hacker with the cartoonish Chief Wahoo for the world to see. A real 21st-century kumbaya moment there.

Don't underestimate how much that film is loved — especially in Northeast Ohio. Damn near every red-blooded Ohioan can quote the script verbatim.

Yeah. I loved it. I loved Blazing Saddles too. But I didn't see any Kansas City faggots throwing out the first pitch.

Too bad Willie Mays Hayes missed third and Jake Taylor's bunt. Yankees should have challenged.

Oh! Blazing Saddles was a baseball movie about the Royals? I'll have to go back and watch it again. I totally missed the subtext.
