    I thought McCaffrey deserved it last year.
    But is he really not one of the five best college football players in the nation this year?
    Still seems like he should've been a finalist.

    He missed a game and had two others with less than 50 yards rushing.

    That's what a new O-line and bad QB play will do to your Heisman hopes.

    BTW there's a report out today that he's turning pro.

    He still led the nation in all-purpose yards despite the injuries and Stanford's troubles.
    I don't have a dog in the fight, and I haven't had time to follow college football closely this season.
    Just figured I'd throw it out there.

    All-purpose yards is BS. Overemphasizes kick returns.

    He wasn't in the top five in any way.
