    Whenever WHAS goes to break, they have short blurbs of celebs introducing themselves. As I'm about to get out of the car about an hour ago, I hear "I'm John L. Smith, the head coach of ... every football team in America at some point."

    Effective immediately, I'm boycotting every NBC horse racing broadcast that includes Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinski. If I wanted a freak show, I'd go to the circus.

    I don't think they really fit in with the Preakness crowd. Not many fashion statements made at Pimlico.

    On to the Preakness. Nyquist draws No. 3 post and is morning line favorite ar 3-5.
