Only one coach is not on the hot seat: Belichick.

Everyone else is holding on for dear life.

Belichick and Carroll. Carroll bought himself 5 more years with the title.

    General rules of the carousel.
    - Did you make the playoffs last year?
    - Will you make the playoffs this year?
    - Have you won a Super Bowl?

You need two yesses to be considered safe.

He also has a wonderful history of going .500 or less.

QB is not the Rams' problem this season. On the contrary, it's been a strength.

Oh, come on. Fox is not on the hot seat this year. Neither are Chip Kelly or Bruce Arians or John Harbaugh or a number of others.

Ryan is a goner. I'd beg to leave if I were him. He's saddled with a horrible roster, a GM that doesn't have a fucking clue about personnel and no quarterback to speak of. I'm surprised he even shows up for game day.

Which should reflect even more poorly on Fisher.

Barring a total collapse the rest of the way, I don't think Mike McCoy's seat will get that warm this season

The Dolphins eventual collapse should make Joe Philbin a good firing candidate. Then he can return to his true calling as a substitute PE teacher.

I guess I don't see many untouchables. I'll dial it back somewhat to say Pagano will be there a few years. Fox will last as long as Manning lasts.

Ravens don't make the playoffs again and we'll hear the grumbles.

Arizona is a tenuous job every single year.

I like Chip Kelly but the jury is still out.

Of all the new coaches I like Pettine in Cleveland but a 4-12 season (which I doubt happen) will bring out the early howls.

My first post here is more in line with how difficult it is to keep a job in the NFL.
