According to a few reliable sources on Twitter, Vincent Lecavalier signed with the Flyers. Early reports are saying 5 years, worth 23 million.

Was just going to post that, but what I'm seeing is 5 years 23.5 mil. I thought he'd get a little more considering the interest, surprised Slats showed restraint for once. But I'm not sure I would have paid more.

    I saw 5 years @ $4.5M per year which would mean $22.5M.

How the fuck are the Flyers affording all these people?

According to Darren Dreger it's five years/22.5 million. HC was right.

That's a lot of money for Vincent Lecavalier.

They're now over by $318,000. Turns up the pressure to look at a Coburn deal again . . . Mezaros is also being shopped from my understanding

And they still don't have a 1D or a goalie not named Steve Mason.

Was just going to bring that up. Tim Thomas potential at the min? Would love it. Would fit with their screwball history with goalies.

Um, ya, only in the NHL.

Ovechkin made the first team as a RW.....and the second team as a LW. This is just embarrassing.

My guess is Colorado. Phoenix was in the mix before they re-signed Mike Smith.
