That game basically swung the match in Federer's favor.

Yeah, Murray hasn't been the same since. Closing the roof also has amplified Federer's serve.

Not today for Murray and the Kingdom. Federer closes it out.

More impressive: Federer's seven Wimbledon championships?

Or Rafael Nadal's seven French Open championships?

    Federer is an irrepressible gentleman.

This is tough for Murray. It's all flowing out.

I think Murray played by far the best he ever has in a major final. Maybe he'll win one oneday. He's good enough, but had the terrible misfortune to come along at the same time as Federer, Nadal and Djokovic.

I enjoyed the fleeting glimpses of the ol' Royal Box, if you get my drift.

Roger is still going. That's impressive. With his knees, I don't see Nadal still doing this at 30.

    Nice pick.

Murray's an excellent player who was born at the worst possible time. I think he'll win at least one of these. I have no idea how many more majors Federer can win, but even if he never wins another, what he did in winning this one adds quite a bit to his legacy.

Very nice. Once Federer settled down after the first set, I had a feeling it was all over for Murray. I wonder how many more Federer has left in him.
