    Regarding the votes ... looks like three teams are getting all the first place votes so far.

    First ballot is always tough. Really struggled with where a team full of Penn State's transfers and lost recruits would have fallen.

    UPDATE: I have most of the votes; thanks to everyone who remembered and got them to me by the deadline.

    Still looking for ballots from: the_lorax, BlackBerry, rmanfredi, Suicide Squeezer, Matt Stephens.

    The preseason poll and story will be posted sometime tomorrow — in the new, stickied 2012 poll thread — with whatever votes I have.
