I hope Adele sweeps hers, and anyone but Bon Iver wins best new artist.

Adele sweeps four of the first five.

The Band Perry for Top New Artist. If Minaj beats them, I will claw my eyes out.

Also, Shelton's "Honey Bee" was my guilty pleasure this past year. :D

Rooting for Bon Iver, purely for the kicks from the hysterical overreaction it will cause (though Barbra Streisand's WTF opening the envelope is hard to top).

It's gonna be that stupid fucking dirt road shit, though. What a waste of airtime that motherfucker is.

I'm surprised they didn't nominate Adele for "Best New Artist." Given their standards for that award, I can't imagine the fact that she won it a few years ago would disqualify her.

I think there's money to be made betting The Band Perry as Best New Artist. Nicki Minaj is a prohibitive favorite, and falls into the demographic of the person who traditionally wins BNA -- young solo female. But with a young female fronting The Band Perry, they could get in there ala Evanescence from 2004.

Adele will win everything she's nominated for.

I had a passing interest in watching the Grammy Awards before last night. Now, I will be all over it. I love Adele; I know nothing about The Band Perry. Gonna check them out now...
