    From the WWL;

    The Steelers have begun contacting teams to see whether they would be willing to trade a top-10 pick for Roethlisberger, an NFL source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

    The Steelers have called the Rams, 49ers, Raiders, Bills, Jaguars, Seahawks and Browns, the source said.

    The Rams and Bills are known not to be interested, the source said.

    I could actually picture him fitting with the Seahawks. Rooney would be shot if he dealt him to the Browns.

    I'd lay odds he's out of Pittsburgh by Thursday.

    A second round pick for Olsen would be a steal.

    He'll be a Raider by tomorrow night.

    Apart from his two-ton baggage, the Seahawks have no need for a guy who can't properly run a WCO. And they will essentially be using Mora's core offense.

    A quick little ditty appealing to Rams management not to screw this pick up, too. The roll call of wasted draft picks toward the end is especially entertaining:

    The Rams don't just need to be rebuilt, they need to be brought back from the dead.

    If it will happen, it will happen tonight before 7:30 p.m.

    Sounds like a typical Mike Holmgren move. Wouldn't be surprised if it were true. Would sure as hell stir the pot in the AFC North.

    That rivalry needs some legs. The Ravens are just not the same as the Browns.

    There's a lot of talk in Cleveland about safeties.

    That Tennessee kid sure looks good.

    Every year, though, the Browns seem to make all the right moves in the draft, but the team just still sucks.

    Every year I think that this was the draft that turns them around.

    They have five picks in the first three rounds of a deep draft. It would be hard for them to fuck it up the way they usually do, seeing they appear to actually have a plan this time.
