No way in hell do the Reds finish ahead of the Brewers and Cubs. Milwaukee and Chicago are both better than they played last year. I like St. Louis in the Central, but since they seem to decide to win the division every other year, I'll take Milwaukee.

    Champs:
    Yankees
    White Sox
    Rangers

    Phillies
    Brewers
    Giants

    WC
    Red Sox
    Dodgers

Not a single West Coast team in the bunch.

I remember the halcyon days when Barry Bonds was with the Giants, and they got plenty of electronic ink here. He had some lovely supporters, with muscles...so they claimed.

Now, it's just wimps like me sneaking in the random comment on Cliff Lee during his one-year sabbatical with the M's, plus the occasional unavoidable nod to Felix and/or the Angels.

Prediction: Nolan Ryan will make Texas interesting this year. He has already put them on the spot, saying that they will win 92. As for the West Coast teams in the AL West, they may be shuffled a bit, but this year will be a lot like last year. So maybe there's a reason for the indifference, other than geography.

As for the NL West, don't bogart that joint, my friend.

The Nats win 75 games. The Man wins 10 games. Tony Plush keeps getting cooler. I attend a dozen games, the Nats win 5 of those, and I spend $0 in parking.

How many titles did the previous 88 years worth of managers win? He's not going anywhere.
