I predict that once oop starts posting, this thread will quickly devolve into this:

Havinfg thrown the first (and way too obvious) dart. I will now quietly slink away from this thread, never to return to the small market/big market debate.

In fact, I am giving up that argument for Lent (which has a day and a half to run).

I predict the Royals will be looking for some schmuck to take Yuniesky Betancourt, the worst everyday position player in baseball, off their hands.

Luckily there's always the Pirates to give these kinds of guys new homes.

I'll have to think about the final standings, but I just wrote about my predictions for comeback players of the year. I like Glaus right now. I don't know who might win in the American League. I'm not convinced Dontrelle can avoid the control problems. Dice-K has some back issues. Perhaps Beltre. Will the Green Monster help him much?

If Rios sustains his punk-ass act, going to be very, very unhappy.

Milton Bradley will declare all of Seattle is against him before the leaves turn color.

Does Kenny Williams have the guts to fire Ozzie? In the 4 seasons since the CHISOX won the WS Ozzie is 11 games over 500 with one playoff game victory.
