MLB's drug-testing policy apparently works, that's what it is.

I don't know if I mis-heard this, but during Baseball Tonight, Karl Ravech said that Jackie Robinson died in the plane crash delivering supplies to Nicaragua.

Maybe I missed the Roberto Clemente part in the beginning, but ... I don't think I did. Anyone else catch this?

That would be an all-time broadcasting mistake if he said that. I can't believe he would make that error.

I thought he "died tragically rescuing his family from the remains of a destroyed sinking battleship" ... oh wait, that was Royal Tenenbaum.

Robinson and Clemente did die within a few months of each other, though --- Robinson on Oct. 24, 1972 (heart attack resulting from numerous health problems, including diabetes) and Clemente on Dec. 31, 1972 (in that plane crash). I didn't see BBTN, but I'm guessing that was the reference Ravech was making ... or at least I hope that's what it was.

Jays beat up on the Twins 12-2 to go 7-3 on the season.

They're getting good pitching from guys not named Halladay and they're pounding the ball.

Clayton Kershaw is pitching lights out ball against the Giants right now.

    Crazy stuff.

Bullpen blew Kershaw's gem. Rowand 3-run homer put Giants up 4-2 in the 8th.

Good for Aaron. Bad for my save opportunity.

The Giants gag it right back up.

The question does need to be asked.
