Yep, the A's rotation is no better than the Rangers', really.

I can't see the M's finish anywhere but last.

Agreed on both counts. The Rangers, in theory, could surprise some folks. That offense is going to be good, but then again they have Kris Benson as their No. 3 starter, so maybe not.

I think Bobby Abreu is the key addition in the division, just because he is better than Garrett Anderson at this point and will provide more to the Angels lineup.

It's sad that we haven't continued last year's late season tradition of naming baseball threads after a former player's number.

Example: this one could have been named Baseball Thread No. 1, the Ozzie Smith Experience (or something like that).

Wow, Hank and I agree on something. I thought the same thing when I saw the title of the thread. Maybe the thread starter (was it Football Bat?) can go back and change it.

Dibs on Trey's spork - I'm going to see five of the Nationals' first nine games. I'll be using that spork after the second one.
But I'm willing to bet they don't finish last in that division.

Morneau might have to go on the DL after tweaking his back. FML

I'm going to ask once, nicely:

Either run away with the division or fold by the 4th of July.

I can't take 163 games like last year. (I'd bet Pallister's on board with this, too.)
